- Monitoring of several outsourcing arrangements (often cross-border) and in particular, handling of issues dealing with staff transfers, the integration of teams into existing structures and integration facilitation strategies (in particular drafting of the agreement for the overall maintenance of the equipment of a plant manufacturing chemical products for a large US group)
- Litigation defense services in several lawsuits, some with several million euro at stake
