- Drafting of legal documentation (letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, purchase/merger agreements, shareholders' agreements, representations and warranties, guarantees, other ancillary documents)
- Preparation of merger notifications and defense of merger control cases before the antitrust authorities (French and EU authorities)

Tax law (tax restructuring and optimization), labor law, intellectual property law and new technology law in connection with the above mentioned operations.
